John 3:16 says, “God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life.” We believe the gospel is the most transforming power on planet earth. Jesus went to the cross for it, and we’re giving our lives away because of it.

Jesus didn’t just tell people what to do. He told them stories. Stories about seeds and soil, about treasure hidden in fields. Stories about lost sons, unjust managers, and unexpected neighbours. Stories to change the way we see the world. Because when Jesus tells a story, He isn’t offering advice, He’s announcing a Kingdom.

A Kingdom that challenges our assumptions that confronts our comforts and one that cannot be explained... only entered into. In the parables, Jesus doesn’t just inform us, He invites us. He invites us to trust differently, to forgive freely, to live generously, and to see ordinary life as the place where God is already at work.
